We have a concept of global postdoc. Currently looking for postdoc in crystal growth and manufacturing of silicon carbide.

ICMRI has partnerships and collaborations in infrastructure use. The global postdoc will be placed in Sweden, and travel to infrastructures. The main idea is to have partnership with research team at the infrastructure. That makes our research global.

For a new EU project we are looking for postdoc in silicon carbide crystal growth to work with close space physical vapor transport.

We are looking for experienced researchers in SiC, or for coming positions researchers experienced in crystal growth. The globals postdocs will have an industrial position, meaning that we will focus on impact rather than writing papers. The positions are more industrial than academic.
